    • The prices shown below are for Seven nights accommodation and are the MAXIMUM rental rates charged in Sterling. US Dollar prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations.

    • These prices are for the villa rental and are not per person.

    • Prices include Taxes, Electricity, Water, Air-Conditioning, Cable TV, & Clean bed linen and towels.

    • Bookings of 5 nights or less incur an additional cleaning fee of £50 Sterling or $100 USD.

    • Please Note: These prices are subject to change without notice.

        

    • High Season is July, August, Easter (see below) and Christmas and New Year (See Below)

    • Mid Season is April, May, June, September and October

    • Low Season is January, February, March, November and December

    • Easter period is the 5th April through to the 19th April

    • Christmas and New Year period is the 19th December to the 8th January.

  • Together with your completed booking form, a non-refundable deposit of £100 UK Sterling or $200 USD per week is due to secure your dates.

  • A refundable security deposit of £150 UK Sterling or $250 USD is due before your arrival date. This deposit will be repaid back to you within thirty days of leaving the villa once we have confirmed that the villa has not suffered any damage and the key has been returned.

  • Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking, detailing the balance due Eight weeks before your arrival date or at the time of booking if arrival date is within Eight weeks.

Pool heating: $25 per day (may vary to $32 dependant on villa & pool size)
Airport pick-up: Orlando International airport  - from $110 per pick up

Cot rental: $45 per week
